You need to appear for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET).
You should pass your B.Sc. Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, it's minimum.
The exam help-desk no. is 014-63238728 for Central University of Rajasthan.

The candidates are basically offered admission in Masters Programs on the basis of their GATE/GPAT score.
The admission process is pretty detailed one, hence sharing a link for your reference- https://www.shiksha.com/university/institute-of-chemical-technology-mumbai-36791/admission#admission
