Hello,
To appear in CSIR UGC NET Exam Candidates must have a degree in B.Pharma or BE or B.Tech or M.Sc. Or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other Science degree with at least 55% marks. If you fulfill all the above-mentioned criteria then you can apply for the CSIR NET Exam.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research will conduct the CSIR UGC NET 2019 Exam in July. Be prepared for it.

The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry from a recognised university in India. The candidate must also have passed the degree with minimum 50% marks.

You said you have completed 12th. So, you need to get bachelor. After that, you can can do Masters.
Or an another way is to find that college offering integrated MSc courses with respect to your dream subject.
