First thing is why you did MLT. If your answer is to make your career as a paramedic. Go for M.Sc. MLT, because none of the course you said is near to your B.Sc. So, I think you should apply your knowledge of MLT and go for higher studies in the same field. There are ample of opportunities for paramedics both in private as well as Government sector.

Then comes choosing your study programme. This chosen based on course structure, difficulty, number of years, value, ROI, cost, cost of living, part time etc.
