For M.Sc Environmental Science admission, students must meet the eligibility criteria. The M.Sc. In Environmental Science eligibility includes students who must have completed their undergraduate degree with 50% aggregate marks. Master of Science M.Sc. In Botany is a full-time two-year postgraduate programme and it is offered by the University of Kashmir, Srinagar. A candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration B.Sc. Botany as one of the subjects or equivalent) with (At least Minimum 45% Marks Open Merit and 40% marks Reserved Categories) from any recognised university. The selection of a candidate shall be based on his/her performance in the Entrance Test.

The candidate should score a minimum of 55% during their 10+2 exams.

M.Sc. In Zoology is a full-time two-year postgraduate programme and it is offered by the University of Kashmir, Srinagar. Candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration B.Sc. Zoology as one of the subjects or equivalent) with (At least Minimum 45% Marks Open Merit and 40% marks Reserved Categories) from any recognised university. Faculty is very good for Zoology.

The applicant must meet one of the following requirements and have obtained at least 60% overall in the qualifying exam for general/OBC applicants, or 55% overall for SC/ST applicants.
MBBS/BDS (with 50% for SC/ST categories and 55% for Gen/OBC categories)

To pursue M.Sc. After B.Sc. You should have 50% marks in your Bachelor's degree. It depends on the university that you are applying to which decides which type of entrance you have to give. Every University has its own entrance exam and selection criteria. Some of the entrances of popular universities are BHU UET BITSAT IPU CET UPSEE, JNUEE NPAT, DUET TISSNET etc.

There is no age limit for applying to an M.Sc. Course.
