In MS By Research CSE and ECE, 93% students were placed in 2025. Placement rate recorded in CHD, CLD, CND, CSD, ECD and LED was 100%. In LCD branch, 89% students were placed.

BHU IIT JAM cutoff 2025 concluded with the release of the final round cutoff list for various All India categories. For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 556 to 748 for admission to the MSc course branches. In the last round, the hardest branch for admission was Chemistry, with the cutoff of 556.
