Madha Group of Academic Institutions conducts two major phases of admissions namely Admission Registration and Admission Confirmation. Candidates undergo the Qualifying Examination to be considered for B.E/B.Tech courses such as HSC. Students can enroll through direct registration or through an online mode of registration. In the former, a candidate has to visit the campus and have a discussion with the relevant admission authority and pay for the application form. The hostel fees in the Madha Group of Academic Institutions are different. The non-AC rooms are about 60,000 per year, and the AC rooms cost around 80,000 per year. The boys and girls have different facilities and amenities. These include 24-hour security and access to computers with internet till 7 PM. Admission for B.E./B.Tech in Madha Group of Academic Institutions begins by registering online through the TNEA website during the first week of May every year. After the completion of the registration process, the students have to visit the prescribed centers for certificate verification. The rank list usually appears on July 10 for engineering, and after getting the rank, one can participate in counseling in preferred courses based on the rank online. Madha Group, constituent of Anna University, guarantees quality education with diversified streams of engineering.

The TNEA cutoff for Madha Group of Academic Institutions for 2024. It is different for each course and category. The B.E. Computer Science and Engineering cutoff was at 21,969 in the first round. In the final round, the closing rank for General AI quota was 106,489. For the course B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the last round cutoff was 192,688, thus the lesser demand. Based on these cut-offs, the institution participates in TNEA counseling for admissions across different categories.
