For admission to MKU DDE BA courses, students must begin with an eligibility check. As per the official website, the eligibility criteria differ slightly for a few specialisations. Check below to know the course-wise eligibility criteria:
- BA in History/Political Science/Economics/Journalism and Mass Communication/Public Administration/Sociology: Must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board or completed a three-year Diploma course
- BA in English: Passed Class 12 from a recognised board
- BA in Tamil: Completed Class 12 with Tamil as a subject

Madhuraj Kamaraj University allows admission to MBA courses through TANCET exam scores for its affiliated colleges. Considering the Madhurai Kamaraj University cutoff 2024, the last-round for Sourashtra College stood at 6269 and for RL Institute of Management Studies, the cutoff stood at 5285 for the General AI category candidates. Talking about the Madhurai Kamaraj University expected cutoff 2025, it is assumed that the cutoff will not go upto 7k in 2025 for its affiliated colleges.
