No, MVSC programme cannot be joined in MAFSU without the ICAR AIEEA PG Exam. Passing the very exam is essential for the admission.

Fees for different courses in MAFSU are as follows:
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry is 5 years, and the fee for the first year is INR 58610.
Master of Veterinary Science is 2 years, and the fee for the first year is INR 71960.
B.Tech in Dairy Technology and Bachelor of Fisheries Science are both 4 years, and the fee for the first year is INR 58610.
M.Tech in dairy is 2 years, and the first-year fee is INR 71960.

The fees of MAFSU varies from course to course.It includes the tuition fees, admission fees and hostel fees (if taken).Other fees like lab fees and library fees could also be included.

MAFSU offers admission to B.V.Sc.&A.H, B.Tech, B.F.Sc, M.V.Sc courses purely on a merit basis, and no management seats are there. For admission in veterinary courses, you must have passed class 12th Science with NEET. For admission in Dairy Technology, you must have passed class 12th Science PCME. And for Fishery Science, you must have passed class 12th PCBE.
So it's not too easy or too difficult to get addmission in MAFSU.

MAFSU offers 7 best courses in 3 streams, Streams including Engineering, Veterinary and Fisheries.
Engineering includes 3 courses i.e B.Tech in Dairy Technology,
M.Tech in Dairying and Diploma in Livestock Management & Dairy Production
Veterinary also includes 3 courses i.e Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Master of Veterinary Science and Ph.D in veterinary
Fisheries includes Bachelor of Fisheries Science
