Yes, you are eligible for admission directly in second year in the respective branch. In some of the colleges, eligibility criteria depends upon your percentage.

MIT Peace University is offering many courses for prospective students. It's a deemed to be university and I am afraid you will not be able to work while you attend the college. Hi,
MIT, Pune fills its seat via 2 ways one is through MHT-CET and the other is from JEE Mains, in MHT-CET, you need to score around 140-150 marks to get a good branch there and in JEE Mains, you need to score above 160 to get some branches there.
