Hello,
All three are similar at every level because all three belong to one university now and follow the same rules because of the same. All three have qualified faculty members, different facilities that a student might require, etc. They follow pool campus so there is no issue with the placements. Apart from that, the only difference is in the teaching approach as what I have experienced. MITSOB follows case based study which other two colleges don't. MITSOB is known as the most disciplined college. I have made the comparison for you, you can take the reference to compare other factors:

Hello, hope you are doing well. You can go for both exams counseling and look on which exam you have higher rank and can get best college with it. If you have higher rank in JEE go with it and if you have good rank in MHCET go with it. All the best. Every state have some seats for non domicile student so this will help you to get admission in Maharashtra.

Please specify the college you want to know about, however, 12th marks is not considered in colleges allocations.

As per your marks in JEE Mains, its very tough to take admission in these colleges. So, look forward for management quota if you are ready to spend some money and inclined towards these colleges only.

Hello Rahul,
Yes, you can take admission in MIT Pune via MHCET, some seats are reserved for outside Maharashtra candidates also, but you need to score good to get admission there.
