BTech is one of the most famous courses of MIT-WPU, Pune in terms of placements. Rhe course-wise placement details are yet to be released. More than 730 recruiters visited the campus for the overall placements 2025 and selected 2455 students of the batch 2025. The overall the highest and package offered to the batch 2025 stood at INR 51.36 LPA and INR 6.23 LPA. The median salary offered to the batch 2025 was INR 5.50 LPA.

According to the latest report, MIT-WPU, Pune has achieved an average placement percentage of 78.50% in the academic year 2024-25. The overall the highest and average package secuerd by the batch 2025 stood at INR 51.36 LPA and INR 6.23 LPA. The median salary was INR 5.50 LPA.

Getting admission into School of Design, MIT WPU Pune can be competitive. The institute accepts admission based on merit and entrance exams. The institute accepts national entrance exams like UCEED for BFA, NIFT, NATA, NID for BDes, CEED for MDes and other exams. The institute also accepts admission basis on prsonal interview. Students must qualify the eligibility criteria for the admission process.

School of Design, MIT WPU Punehas strong academic with creative learning and good facilities. The institute has good placements rates and many eminent companies visit the campus in placement drive. The institute has state-of-the-art infartsrcture which includes classrooms, labs, library, medical facility, hostel, mess, etc. The institute has vibrant campus life.

Yes, candidates who applied through the scores of the UCEED are required to appear for the Drawing Test for further evaluation. This rule applies to all candidates who applied through non MIT-WPU CET scores. These candidates are also required to appear for the Portfolio Review as well as the personal interview round.

No, BDes course admissions at MIT-WPU, Pune are not open to direct admissions. All candidates who wish to take admissions into the BDes courses at MIT-WPU, Pune must fulfill both the eligibility criteria as well as present a valid scorecard of any one of the accepted entrance exams. The selection will based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam.

The total number of seats available for the BDes in Product Design course at MIT-WPU, Pune is 60 seats. This course shares the same seat intake as BDes in User Experience Design and Visual Communication Design.
The rest of the BDes courses at MIT-WPU have a seat intake of 30.

The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU, Pune MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds.
