The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU, Pune MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds.

MIT-WPU, Pune admissions are based on merit and entrance. Candidates needs to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to 60% in Class 12. Candidates with 85% can also achieve admission.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to BBA Banking, Finance, and Insurance at the MIT-WPU, Pune are that candidates must have secured a minimum 50% aggregate in Class 12 or an equivalent examination with English as a subject in any stream (45% for reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only).
OR
Minimum 60% aggregate score in a three-year Diploma from any Government-approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject.

Minimum 60% aggregate score in Competency and Vocational Courses (MCVC) from any government-approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject.

Moreover, the college is affiliated with MIT WPU, and it accepts the entrance exam, MIT-WPU CET, for BBA courses. This entrance exam is conducted through MIT World Peace University, Pune.

The eligibility requirements to get the School of Business, MIT WPU, Pune BBA scholarship for Hospitality and Hotel Administration are slightly different from other BBA specialisations. For this course, the scholarships are offered on the basis of Class 10 & 12 scores.
