One should focus upon to get admission into the top B-schools in and around Mumbai are (with the colleges mentioned alongside):-
1. CAT - JBIMS, SP Jain, Sydenham, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, NITIE, IIT, IIM-Indore(Navi Mumbai campus).
2. NMAT - NMIMS
3. CET - JBIMS, Sydenham, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, SIES, NL Dalmia.
4. XAT - SP Jain, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar.
5. CMAT - JBIMS, Sydenham, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar.

Yes, you will get good colleges in Pune, Kolkata, Goa, Chennai and Bangalore. But, the chances of getting more would be in Kolkata and Pune, because with this score you can only get colleges in Pune and in Kolkata.

All the colleges in Mumbai which offers PGDM course are autonomous. Mumbai College who are affiliated with Mumbai University provides MMS, which is equivalent to MBA, but they can't be considered as Autonomous body as for that course they follow university guidelines.

The expected SNAP cut off 2017 for SIMS, Pune will most likely be around 50- 55 percentile for general defense category.
