Hi,
MBA is a higher education and many of the colleges don't intake the candidates according to previous degree percentage. But 50% aggregate is must for any higher education. Mostly you should write entrance exams.

According to my opinion, taking a drop is not worth for a course like engineering because the course is same whether you study in any institute. Only the salary packages are different.

Yes, you can get admission with this score in an architecture college because a score of above 90 is considered in NATA for admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.
