There are many you-tube videos available online for both 2D and 3D animation.
But please note to learn animation one need to get a hands on training practically.
Just as an hobby one needs to explore then you tube is cool.

I'd suggest IIEBM, SSIM and IBA in the sequential order. SSIM is offering PGDM course a lesser amount than of the remaining other colleges and placements in all the colleges are almost same. The final decision is yours in choosing the college.

First of all, the courses you are asking about are totally different from each other. If you want to pursue B.Tech in CSE then Jain University is best as it has various specialization degrees.
