Yes, you can apply for one more entrance exam for engineering, and if you want to pursue B.Tech from Mumbai, then you have to qualifying MHCET entrance exam for same.

Both the colleges comes under government authority and both are top colleges for HM among India. You need to see your comfort level that which place suits you more, as both the colleges are better and have good environment infrastructure and faculties. So, whether you choose IHM Delhi or Mumbai, they have many things common in them and the selection also depends on your NCHMCT rank.
