Your parentage is low, so I'll suggest you good college of commerce Nass Wadia College of Commerce- Pune. Minimum cutoff is 47%. Good luck.

Yes you can apply for PG while appearing for 6th/final semester in graduation , you will get provisional admission which will be finalized after your final result
