Hi.Maharishi dayanand university offer regular M.Ed course of 2 year duration.As you are govt. employee you can't do regular course.You can apply for distance M.Ed course from IGNOU.

Eligibility Criteria for MDU Ph.D Admission:
Educational Qualification:
To apply for the MDU M.Phil/ Ph.D. Entrance Test students must hold the Master’s Degree to apply in MDU University, Rohtak with aggregate 55% from reputed university/institute.

Basically, admissions for B-Pharmacy through NEET exam and forms are out in the month April- May.
