As this is a university, there are several courses of several branches. Many students are very eager to join in this college because of the facilities available in the college. Students can get their choice of the subject or course. According to reports, the UG Courses are the most popular in this college. The courses are BTech in computer science, electronic engineering and many more. But the most popular course is CSE Branch because it is very demanding now and many students are seeking this course. So CSE is the most popular course in this college.

Yeah like other colleges this college also provides scholarships but there are restrictions like
- If in your house there is a government employee then you are not eligible for applying the scholarship.
- The family's annual income should not be more than 6 Lakhs.
- If you have any back papers in 1st and 2nd semester or if you get less than 50% in any of the subjects then you are not eligible for applying for the scholarship.
If you don't have any of the above points then you are eligible for applying this scholarship.

To get admission in Central Agricultural University, Manipur, the fees in INR is as follows:
For B.Sc ( Hons ) :- It is somewhere around. 2700 - 3000 for 1st year.
For M.Sc:- It is around 4500- 5000 for 1st year.
For BVSc, it's about 2800- 3000 for 1st year
For MBA it's about 6200- 6500 for 1st year
For B.Tech and Ph.D it's about 2500-3000 and 6000-6500 for 1st year respectively
