Besides these reasons, Manitoba is a good place to immigrants because it has lower cost of living as compared to other provinces in Canada. For instance, the cost of a living for a person in Vancouver is CAD 3,497/INR 2.14 L per month whereas, in Winnipeg it is around CAD 2,184/INR 1.33 L per month.
