Hello Akshay, Placement sessions are conducted for the grooming of the student to their professional level. They are given PPT(Pre-Placement Training) sessions. This help students to crack interviews of almost every MNCs. The highest package till date went upto 12L and lowest is almost 3-4L averagely. This might not affect the capability of an individual.
