The eligibility criteria for doing Diploma in marine engineering is :
1) To have qualified physics, chemistry and mathematics or equivalent with at least 55%.
2) You need to clear the entrance exam for some universities if required.

Ultimately, it's what your diploma certificate says that matters. You should pass diploma with 60% marks. Tolani is a very reputed institution in this field.

Yes, it is possible to join aeronautical engineering with DECE but I would suggest you to continue your UG with electronics and communication engineering as there is wide scope to start your career in aerospace industry after your studies.
