The three branches of engineering that you mentioned are exotic branches. All are good. But I feel you should go for marine. However remember, hard work is the only solution for any problem.

Since if you have very good interest in Marine Engineering and Technology, and you love to work in it and have much curiosity in this, then it will be worth to do Marine Engineering from any Institute and you will get more opportunities to grow more. VELS is also good Engineering Institute, so you can apply for it.
