Opt for IMU, it is the best. Tolani Institute is also one of the best institutes.

Indian Maritime University is the only Government University for education on Marine Engineering. You are advised to appear for joint entrance exam conducted by IMU next year for admission to BTech Marine Engineering at IMU and it's affiliated colleges.
