IIEM and NIEM are two options that are named and offer specialisation in Event Management. You can do Event Management courses via distance mode as well but it is recommended that you go for a regular course only so that the learning of event management is meaningful and makes your career. Symbiosis-Pune, Amity-Noida, Mudra, and other private institutions also offer mass communication traditional as well as specialised courses that make it possible for you to claim a career in event management.

You can search for any event management agency and check. Normally, government hires such company professionals on contract, but not on the payroll.

Hi,
Yes, you can pursue modelling only if you can handle two things together. If you can do both of them together without failing in one only then you should.
Good luck.

Engineering and J&M are very different from each other. While you have to exert a lot more for engineering, it will be more fruitful. But if you actually want to do Journalism and Mass Communication then you should go for the course you really want to pursue.

Could you please tell me as which college are you planning to apply? Mostly, you need good marks in English and good percentage in your boards.
