Hi Devyani,
Event management courses are generally offered at post graduate level. You need to have a graduation degree to pursue these courses. Although, there could be an exception that an institute might consider UG Diploma eligible for the course. You will need to check that with individual college. The best colleges offering mass communication are listed here https://www.shiksha.com/articles/top-5-event-management-colleges-in-india-blogId-11139.

Hi Saurabh,
You can opt for radio or broadcast journalism which will help you to understand all the aspects of radio including programming, writing etc. IIMC is the most premium institute for post graduation in mass communication that offers post graduation in radio journalism. Other than that, you can pursue the same from Amity University, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, MIT International School of Broadcasting and Journalism.

I think, mass communication, because it had wider range of job scope as in radio, TV, newspaper, movies, documentaries, journalism, advertising and more on mass comm. Not in any way disappoint you, you explore the world and also became more and more confident to put up your opinion in society. On the other side.
