Event management courses are generally offered at post graduate level. You need to have a graduation degree to pursue these courses. Although, there could be an exception that an institute might consider UG Diploma eligible for the course. You will need to check that with individual college. You can opt for radio or broadcast journalism which will help you to understand all the aspects of radio including programming, writing etc. IIMC is the most premium institute for post graduation in mass communication that offers post graduation in radio journalism. Other than that, you can pursue the same from Amity University, Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, MIT International School of Broadcasting and Journalism.

The eligibility to pursue Diploma in Filma Acting at National Academy of Cinema and Television is:
(10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent.
If you are not a 12th pass, you will not be able to.
