Yes, IELTS is required for Canada Permanent Residency (PR), if you are applying through Express entry or PNP. However, IELTS is not the only exam for this. TCF Canada, PTE Core, and CELPIP general are some good alternatives of IELTS exam for Canadian PR.

Himgiri Zee University, currently known as Jigyasa University, is one of the best universities for mass communication. It provides many internships and training sessions to build experience for real-world life, and also to build confidence. The fee structure is approximately INR 4,60,000 of BJMC and INR 1,70,000 for MJMC. The fees are very affordable.
