To join Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication (MCNUJC), a private University in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, the candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.

As per the marking scheme of the Global Media Common Entrance Test (GMCET) the question paper will be of 100 marks. There will be four sections English Language and Intelligence Quotient (IQ), General Knowledge of News & Current Affairs, Entertainment Media Knowledge, and Brands & Brand Communication Basic Knowledge on which the questions will be asked in the exam. All four sections of the GMCET exam will consist of 25 marks and 25 questions each.

No, the syllabus of the Global Media Common Entrance Test (GMCET) does not change every year. Although there is also not a set or specified detailed syllabus issued by the exam conducting authority, however, they have given a few topics on their official website on which the questions will be asked in the exam. Candidates need to focus on these topics and read the study materials covering these topics.
