Photography nowadays is not just about clicking pictures randomly. It is a lot more than that as there are many types of shots in photography which most of us do not even know about.

Hello Parikshit,
There are many reputed colleges in India for Bachelors in mass communication. If you want a cheap college in India then you have to change your perspective. Cheap colleges give cheap level of education.

Yes, I guess even in 2nd merit list you can get into the college. For English you may have to take an admission test.
