Creative and bold person, then opting for mass communication and journalism would be the best choice. Make sure you prepare well for the entrance tests to get into good colleges, as only a good college will give you the industry exposure and you will learn only from that. Mass communication and journalism have nothing to do with theory except clearing the exams, make sure you become the best in the industry.

Mass communication course and then join an ad agency. But, if you have done graduation then you can go for MBA or Masters in advertising course from MICA as that is the best institute to take the education from and then you get placed in the top companies of India.

If you wish to pursue the same course in Masters then you should probably do Masters in the advertisement from MICA, Ahmedabad. This will not only give you an edge over others, but will also help you get placed in a renowned company on a good package.

There is no short term course that will help you enter into advertising course. The best thing that you can opt for is going for a Masters degree in advertising. That is the best way to get into advertising as only then, you'll be hired by advertising agencies.
