If you are trying to apply for express entry. Then you are better off with a Masters. There are services available on the Canadian government website to check weather you are eligible to apply for express entry.

Yes, you can go for Bachelors or Masters. That's your choice. But try to do only Masters and don't go for Bachelors again. Or go for PG diploma.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
