If you have decided to go for Mass Communication and Journalism field then I would suggest after 12th start your career in B.J. M. C. course and then apply for Masters in mass comm or PG Diploma. Or Else you can do is pursue B.A. And then go for master in mass comm. I completed my PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from NIMCJ after B.Com.

B.Com honours is best choice for you. Because Private sector is down in last 5 to 7 year so in BBA there has less opportunity. After B.Com you should complete tour M.Com they ao many opportunities is open for you. You also admission in CA.
