You can give individual private college entrance exams like VIT or KIIT or others provided you first shortlist the names of the colleges that provide the course. Or, you can give JEE and state examinations.

For the fees, you will have to check the university website, you want admission in as the fees is subject to revision and varies hugely from college to college.

Yes, you will be eligible to become news anchor, although only a few channels offer the post directly. Freshers have to work as reporters or in box offices first.
