Journalism doesn't actually require a separate course. If you have literary skills and have a good knowledge of a particular field then you are good to go. Otherwise you can opt for M.A in mass communication if you are interested.

The fees for any management course after BBA is about 40k/semester to 50k/semester from any private college and 25k/annum to 35k/annum from any government college.

You have to work hard to get a placement. I don't think this news reading career will help you in a longer run. Pursue a Mass Communication and Journalism course from the best colleges and University like NIMCJ. In this course, you will learn about print media, electronic media, digital media, Radio and many more.

To apply in DU for journalism course (graduation), you need to secure minimum 50%, as you have got 78.6%. It is wonderful and you are eligible. Now, onwards you have to clear the entrance exam as well. And, you can prepare for the entrance by Reading newspapers, watch news, and Practice reasoning, grammar, General knowledge. Either, buy a book which covers all the above syllabus, or you can prepare from All India Exams online http://www.allindiaexams.in/home
