The addition of journalism is different, as it can lead to you become a report or a journalist whereas, a degree in mass communication will lead you to careers in event management, advertising and much more.

I would suggest you that PG Diploma from IIMC is a better option, if you get into journalism.

Actually, Japanese would not really help you get into Media. You can pursue a post-graduation course in mass communication and journalism.
