Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) conducts an entrance exam for admission in courses offered ATIT campuses. Students seeking admission in these following courses:
1:Post-Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Hindi & English) (fee 79k).
2: Post-Graduate Diploma Course in Radio and TV Journalism, (fee 1.45 lack)
3: Post-Graduate Diploma Course in Advertising and Public Relations, (fee 1.12 lack)
4: Post-Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Odia/ Urdu/ Marathi/ Malyalam), (fee 43k)

The exam is of objective type with multiple choices. There is a negative marking system for each wrong answer, so the students should carefully mark the answer from the four options. For admission process for Amity University Mass Communication, apply for the undergraduate exam applicants should complete their 10 +2 from any discipline from any recognized Board / Council / University. A minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks, or equivalent grades is mandatory. Those candidates who have scored 80% aggregated. In their Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2017/2018) are exempted from the selection process and are admitted directly.

A mass communication course have a career in films & TV, public relations, publishing, journalism, direction, editing, filmmaking, production, scriptwriting, advertising, event management, etc. The starting salary for an average mass communication professional ranges between Rs 12,000 to 25,000.
