Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management 2023 has maintained a silent policy regarding its MAT cutoff for admission. The previous Digital Technology Management Institute of Adani known today as Adani University accepts MAT performance scores during its management programme admissions process. The specific cut-off score remains unspecified so top educational management institutions maintain scores between 600-650 on a scale of 800 while expecting a minimum percentile ranking starting at 70-80%.

For admission in MBA at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, candidates scores in CAT/MAT/CMAT, etc. exams are considered. Hence, the cutoff is determined based on the applicants scores in the accepted exams. The school may not release its cutoff in the public domain. Hence, the candidates may have to login in the student portal to check the cutoff mark. In 2024, the cutoff for MBA based on MAT score was 70 percentile for the general All-India category. Candidates with percentile equal to or better than this become eligible for admission.

Admission to any course at Apeejay Institute of Management and Engineering Technical Campus is not based on the scores obtained in the MAT exam. To be eligible for the MBA course at the college, the candidate must have completed a Bachelor's in a relevant stream from a recognized University. Although cutoff marks in the exam are not mandatory but the candidates having a valid score in the exam are given higher preference.

There are a total of 150 questions in MAT. Each of the five sections having 30 questions of easy to moderate difficulty level. It is not mandatory to solve all the 150 questions. Candidates should however aim to solve about 90-100 questions to get a good MAT score and percentile. Attempting 120 plus questions with full accuracy can get them above 98-99 percentile.

The MAT cut off for GNVS Institute of Management in 2023 was usually between 80 to 85 percentile in the MMS. It varies slightly according to the applicant pool, reservation categories, and seat availability.
