Dear Suraj, there are many good universities like Lovely Professional University, Manipal University, Symbiosis University, etc., that offer admission on basis of tests, like CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc., apart from their own tests. All these universities offer world class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements. They have wonderful infrastructure along with highly qualified faculty. Yes, of course you can give all MBA entrance exams, like CAT, SAT, MAT, GMAT. But, for that you need to be well practiced thoroughly. Learnt each and every topic of the syllabus, and you are well prepared mentally to give the exams rather. If you have anything low in your preparations, please give time for the exams.

Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in their last qualifying examination. The eligibility criteria for MBA is any degree of the University of Madras or of any other university or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto with 40% in Bachelors, MAT score and TANCET score.

All NITs accept CAT score. Some NITs also accept MAT score and very few NITs accept CMAT score. Since NIT, Rourkela has not mentioned any particular exam therefore it must accept CMAT also.
