There is no such requirement for MAT Exam. Part Time Job is not that preferred however, how well do you explain in Interview is important as well.

A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December 2017 / February 2018.
Or,
A composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2017 / 2018.
A composite score of 300 or above in GRE 2017 / 2018.
70 percentage or above marks in Common Management Admission Test (CMAT January 2018).
70 percentage or above marks in Common Admission Test 2017 (CAT), conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
70 percentile or above marks in Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2018).
One year work experience (full time / part time / family business also considered) for Candidates applying for the Dual

The MAT cutoff is 600 and this is just an eligibility criteria. The selection is based on further elements such as GD-PI etc. So at present you don't meet the eligibility criteria but you can attend other management tests such as CMAT and apply again in the second round of selections that will be held in a few months.

You are eligible, but it depends from college to college.
As per the cut off, your score is not so good.
But you can apply in the colleges, which accept MAT score.

You can go for BIMM, IMDR, as only few colleges accept MAT.

The percentile is not a fixed number, as the score will vary every year. But, 450 marks will come below 60 percentile maybe.
