Dear Akanksha Kadam,
With a MAT percentile of 99.19, you may be able to get into most B-Schools be it in Mumbai or elsewhere. However, You may have to clear their GDPI.

Dear,
If you are planning to pursue B.Arch programme then, you have to choose NATA or JEE exam to take admission in affiliated college and you need to score above 80 out of 200.

For SPJIMR admissions, you can apply through CAT/XAT/GMAT. Further, your CAT/XAT scores should meet our minimum requirements (75%+ in all sections and 85%+ overall). MAT scores are not accepted.

It vary depending upon the overall performance level of the candidates. Most of the colleges do seek a good cut off, depending upon its market credibility and it may vary for different factors.
