Yes, your eligible for getting admission in MBA and PGDM colleges across country who accept MAT scores. Such as Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship & Leadership (iFEEL).

Most of the decent colleges accept MAT scores. So, the cutoff is above 90 percentile for an average college.

Yes, there is particular cut-off of any entrance exams set by ITM, Navi Mumbai. Your selection will depend on your past academic performance, performance in GD and PI and so on.
