You need to apply online for MAT exam and appear for the exam and now you have time for September or December MAT exam because May MAT exam application date is over now.

Thanks for putting up the query.
JIMS Rohini cut-off for MAT is 560 composite score and 60 percentile for CAT.
The difference between PGDM General and IB is:
in PGDM general, you need to choose your dual specializations- one will be the major one and another one will be minor among these: marketing,
finance,HR and operations whereas in PGDM IB: (International Business) you will take IB as your major specialisation and another specialisation will be finance and IB, marketing and IB.

First of all, congratulations! You are eligible for applying in JIMS,Rohini and that too for PGDM General.
Last year's PGDM intake in every batch was of 60 students.
