Hi subhodeep, GBS accepts MAT score. You need to first apply and then appear for the selection test where apart from your MAT score, class x, xii, graduation marks, extra-curricular activities, etc. are considered.

Your chances are very bleak as cutoff is around 99.9X percentile for All India Seats. DTE notification is not out yet. Once it is published, you can fill the registration form for the CAP rounds.

Hey Raviraj,
Getting admission in an MBA college based on score of CAT depends on the threshold decided by the college. However generally 80 or above is considered as a good score in CAT. Moreover you are having good academic record, you can directly take admission based on your scores and even get scholarship based on the score. Some universities have very good scholarship schemes you can check them out.

MICA does not consider MAT to give admission. Only XAT,CAT and GMAT are taken into consideration. The admission process for this year is over and you can apply next year. Hope this helps!
