Again it depends upon institute. all the institutes are not following same fee structure. but approximately for total fee on an average 10-15 lakhs.

At this score there is hardly any chance to get PUMBA.
Admission to PUMBA is through CAP rounds conducted bt DTE. DTE decides the date for admission. Keep checking DTE website for the same.
