Arihant's- Mission MBA -MAT is the best book, having past papers and details about pattern and marking of test so many questions for practice are given along with explained concepts.

For admission to heritage Business School there is no cut off in MAT. You need to submit the result and sit for WBJEMAT exam and finish the formalities to join MBA. Hope this answers this question, please do not hesitate to write if you have any other questions.

In order to take admission in a top rank MBA college, I would suggest you to give CAT, as almost all the premier Bschools offer admission on the basis of your CAT score. Other exams like XAT, NMAT, IIFT, SNAP should also be considered. These should be your first priority. You can also give CMAT and MAT but they don't cover many top rank MBA colleges.
