Please do not limit yourselves to MAT and CMAT. You should evaluate institutes on the basis of a) Whether the course content meets industry requirements b) Whether the faculty consists of professionals from the Industry or just professors c) Whether the focus is on practical ability creation or just bookish knowledge d) Whether industry training is provided or the focus is only on classroom gyan. Hi,
MAT is usually conducted 4 times in a year in:
- February.
- May.
- September.
- December.
The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree.
A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc) can also appear provisionally.
Candidate can choose any one of the two options to take the test:
- Paper Based Test or,
- Computer Based Test.
It is an objective type test with multiple-choice answers. The test include following sections:
- Language Comprehension.
- Mathematical Skills.
- Data Analysis and Sufficiency.

Dear karthik, Thanks for your interest in ISB&M. The eligible marks for CAT is 65 and more and for MAT is 75 and more.
Apply to ISB&M 2 yr PGDM- AICTE program with Bachelor Degree in any discipline or final year students can also apply. Scores of CAT / XAT / ATMA / JMET/ CMAT will be considered for selection.
