Being a CAT \ CMAT \ XAT \ MAT \ trainer for the last 15 years, I would start by saying that your MAT score is very low. You have to look at scoring a minimum of 700 plus in the MAT exam to make it to a reputed B School. Moreover, very few reputed B Schools, accept MAT scores. They prefer either CAT or XAT scores. Your objective should be to make it to the top 50 B Schools in India. It is only then that your degree will be recognized and valued by the corporate world. Hey Vishal, To apply at ITM you need to be a graduate with minimum 50% in your graduation along with entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT or any state CET. For entrance exam there is no cut off as such.

For admission in BBA/BCA no other scores like MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT are required. Candidates have to appear for only ISB&M entrance test.

Congratulations for your score! Amongst some of the good b schools in which you can apply are Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, Christ University, Bangalore
Birla Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, , National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli etc. You may check with the institute in person for details regarding the selection criteria, fee structure, previous year cut off percentage etc. or from the respective institute's website. No, AIMA conducts MAT whereas AICTE conducts CMAT. CMAT will have a total of 100 questions across 4 sections (25 questions for each section) that need to be attempted over 180 minutes. This gives candidates ample time to spend on a particular question/ section. However, candidates appearing for MAT will have to attempt 200 questions across 5 sections (40 questions for each section) that need to be attempted over 150 minutes. Since CMAT will be held for the first time, candidates can use the facility of Trial Test provided by AICTE to know the nature of paper. Yes both exams are accepted in many institutes.
