No, MAKAUT MCA admission process is entrance-based. The university only accepts JECA scores for inducting students to its MCA course. Thus, students seeking admission to this course must apply and appear for the aforementioned exam. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the university.

Candidates seeking admission to the MAKAUT MCA course must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements. To be eligible, students must have obtained a UG degree in a relevant field and must have scored a minimum of 50% marks.
