Regarding percentile you have to check last year DTE's website, i think around 96-98 percentile will get you through!

Common Admission Test (CAT) is national-level management entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM). CAT scores are used for admission to various management courses across the country.
The eligibility may tend to vary year after year, hence you have to wait for the notification for CAT 2016.
