Yes, candidates who cancel their admission can get refund for the BITSoM Mumbai fees paid upto that point. However, the institute offers refunds based on UGC norms. UGC norms provide that candidates can only receive refunds for the fees they paid if the cancellation of admission is done within 30 days of course commencement.

The MBA at SIMC Pune costs around INR 19.79 Lacs for two years. This fees contains of components, such as tuition fee, mess charge, hostel charge and some other refundable deposits. The given fee is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and, hence, is indicative. Except the course fee, students need to give a SNAP registration fee of INR 2250.

Symbiosis International, Pune follows the UGC norms when refunding the MBA fees to students who cancel their admissions. UGC norms state that candidates who choose to cancel their admission within the first 30 days of the commencement of the course will be refunded a portion of the fees. Earlier a candidates cancels the admission, higher will be the refund amount.

Students can pay the fee for the MBA programme at GITAM annually or per semester. Students who pay the full fee for the first year as a single payment can get a 3% discount on the total amount.

The Sai Balaji Pune MBA fees is refundable, but in some situations, the fees become nonrecoverable. The refund policy of the institute says:

  • If any student cancels his or her seat before the start of the session, then the fees is being refunded after a deduction of INR 1000.
  • If cancellation done after the commencement of the course and the seat could be filled by the Institute, then the entire fees will be refunded after a deduction of the processing fee of INR 1000/- and proportionate deductions of the monthly tuition fee and hostel rent.

There is no mention of a refund policy for GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru MBA fees upon cancellation of admissions. Candidates are advise to contact the admission desk regarding this question.

Generally, institutes offer refunds on cancellation of admissions based on UGC norms.
