Yes you can apply for the admission process but you have to clear SRCC GBO exam.
Elegibility cretaria for SRCC GBO exam is
Candidate must hold a bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent aggregate.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and PwD categories must have scored at least 45 per cent aggregate in graduation.
Candidates in the final year of their graduation are also eligible.

As per my opinion MBA college with low fees will have a less placement record, but there are several college with low fees like FMS, PUMBA in Pune, etc.
