You may do MBA by distance learning from IGNOU as fee structure of this central government university is very reasonable.

Up to 310000 for 2 years and if we include all other expenses then it will be around 350000.

You are advised to appear for CAT. If you crack CAT and get admission in top B Schools, you can seek educational loan without guarantee from Public sector Banks to fullfill your dreams.

Presidency College does not offer dual specialisation. The fee structure of MBA is around 2 lakhs per annum.
